It’s helpful to unlock the gate on your service day. If you’d like us to enter another way (key under a mat, combination lock, etc.), we’re happy to accommodate your preference. You can include any additional gate information within the client portal.

Should I unlock my gate?

After the yard is thoroughly cleaned, our team will take the waste bags and dispose of them in your garbage receptacles.

How do you dispose of the dog waste?

We will clean any area of your property that contains dog waste — including the back, front, side yards, and beyond.

Does Attaboy clean the whole yard?

Absolutely – we love interacting with our Attaboys and Attagirls! However, if your dog shows signs of reactivity or aggression, we ask you to leave them inside to prioritize their comfort and safety. 

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

On your service day, we’ll send you a text notification letting you know we’ll be arriving within an hour.

Do you provide an arrival window?

You don’t have to be home or adjust your schedule for us. If you happen to be home and would like to say hello, we’d be happy to see you and give your dogs an allergen-free treat!

Do I have to be home for the service?

The safety of your whole family is our top priority. We go a step beyond the standard.
  • We sanitize/clean all our equipment and shoes before each cleaning with kennel-grade disinfectant to keep germs from spreading.
  • We take gate photos after every cleanup to show that your pets are safe to roam the yard.
  • All of our employees are background checked during the hiring process, ensuring the safety of your whole family. 

How do you ensure the safety of my dogs and family?

You can request a day through your client portal, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on our optimized route.

Can I request my desired service day?

No contracts here! If you want to change, pause, or cancel your plan at any time, you can do so through your client portal.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope! Not only is there no startup cost, but your first cleanup is free after signing up for recurring services. It’s our way of saying thank you!

Is there a first-time startup fee?

Our pricing is determined by various factors, including the number of dogs you own, service frequency, and the size of your yard. Getting an instant quote is the best way to determine pricing for your family.
